Supporting those with brain injury in Northamptonshire
Do you need help? Call 01604 591045

Each care plan will be negotiated to meet the individual needs of the service user. We are open to service users three days a week, 48 weeks a year. There are different activities available on each day of the week allowing service users to select a placement that best meets their needs. Placements each day are limited to a maximum of 30 service users.

We will only accept individuals who have sustained a brain injury, either traumatic or acquired. They must be aged between 18-70 years of age when initially referred.

We aim to respond to referrals within seven working days at which point we will offer an initial assessment within the unit. Following this, the individual's suitability for the unit would be discussed with the service user and referrer. A decision will be made regarding their placement. Funding would need to be agreed before the commencement of any agreed placement.

We do not provide transport and this would need to be sourced by the referrer for the service user as part of their placement package. Referral forms and costs can be requested via our contact details on the website or you can click this link to our referral form.
